Once a Proper Notice Is Received

We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. If you submitted a notice in error or we believe the content was removed mistakenly, we may notify you with:

• Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification.
• Our contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the court where our principal address is located.
• Our signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice from the original complainant, we may reinstate the content within 10 to 14 business days unless the rights holder obtains a court order to keep it down.
