  1. 1) Why was I charged an international fee?

    Some banks charge a fee for international transactions. We use Stripe (a U.S.-based payment processor) to serve customers worldwide, which may cause your bank to apply such fees. Please contact your bank for details.

  2. 2) Why is my card being declined?
    • Ensure your card is activated (especially new/reissued cards).
    • Double‑check card number, CVV, expiration date, and billing details.
    • Credit limit reached or the transaction would exceed it.
    • Possible fraud flag: verify via OTP or contact your bank, then retry.
    • Card/account closed: contact your bank or try a different card.
    • Temporary technical error: wait a bit and try again.

    If issues persist, call the number on your card to authorize the payment or checkout with PayPal.

  3. 3) Why do I see a double charge?

    If you received multiple order confirmation emails with different order numbers, you may have placed duplicate orders—cancel the unwanted one on the Cancellation/Modification page. If there’s only one confirmation email, the extra line is likely a temporary authorization hold that will drop within 1–8 business days (check with your bank if unsure).

  4. 4) Do I need to pay import duties and taxes?

    Taxes are not included in product prices. Depending on your country’s customs policy, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and related fees upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for specifics.
