Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. All timeframes and steps are outlined below.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@dreamlygifts.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide the return address (provided upon approval) and, if applicable, a return shipping label, plus packing instructions.
- Do not send items back without approval—unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer-remorse returns (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size matching our size chart): return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Our fault (defective, damaged on arrival, wrong item/design): return or replacement shipping is covered by us.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@dreamlygifts.com with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized or custom products (unless damaged or we made a design/production error)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning.
- Change of mind after production or shipment has started.
- Incorrect size ordered when the received item matches the published size chart.
- Color differences caused by screen/monitor display variations.
- Delivery delays due to customs, severe weather, strikes, or other carrier issues beyond our control.
- Damage after delivery caused by improper use, care, or storage; failure to follow care instructions.
- Personalized items where text/spelling/design matches the customer’s approved order details.
- Minor variations in print color or placement typical of handmade/printed goods.
- Refusal to pay customs duties/taxes that results in return or disposal of the parcel.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to submit a return request for the item you have. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off PeriodIf your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility criteria (unworn/unused, with tags, original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm approval status.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
- If it’s been over 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at contact@dreamlygifts.com.
